LEVELROCK™ brand Floor Primer products are designed to improve the bond between the poured underlayment and various substrates including wood, concrete, metal decks, and existing floor coverings. They are available in concentrated, powdered, and ready mix formulations and when applied help seal the existing surface to prevent any additional absorption over wood and off gassing over existing cement that may result in air bubbles in the finished surface.
